I bought a certified I7. I live about an hour and a half away but saw their pricing online which was better than the dealerships around me. I walked her through the car I was looking at, my trade and we essentially did the deal over the phone before I went to pick up the car. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. We negotiated a little, I told her where I wanted to be and she called me back within 30 mins and said they could do it. BMW's certified interest rate at 2.99 rivals competitive new car financing. Once I arrived to pick up the vehicle and finalize the deal she showed me the car in detail, took it on a test drive and inspected it and spent about 15 minutes in the finance office. After the purchase they have reached out several times to see if I have questions, make sure I was satisfied, etc. Litterally the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car itself in so far ahead of any car I have ever owned (I have owned north of 30 cars) The qualify of the car, the ride, the tech, has exceeded every expectation. The range for an electric vehicle of this size is just as good as the tesla I traded in. i cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and the personal touch of this dealership.
