I stopped out to look at a BMW X-7 that had low miles. While there, I talked to Mike Cramer and inquired about a new X-5 M50i that was in the showroom. After finding out that it was already sold, Mike w While there, I talked to Mike Cramer and inquired about a new X-5 M50i that was in the showroom. After finding out that it was already sold, Mike went above and beyond to find me the exact vehicle that I wanted. He had if shipped from another location and ready for pickup when I returned home from a trip that I was on. Mike was no-pressure, informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family members knowing that they will get a great deal from an honest person. More
