I found the whole process to be seamless from the onset! I phoned the dealership late in the evening and in distress after my first ever bmw breakdown on the roadway . I had a quick assessment to make so I decided I needed to look for a new car since I was from out of town and a loaner was unavailable for several weeks. Michael waied for me to arrive and had three potential replacements waiting as I arrived with my brokedown veh in tow. Several short minutes later we had made a deal on a trade. What a blessing! My wife loves her new X3 and is getting familiar with the tech and operation of her powerful BMW X3.Thanks to everyone at Niello that made this day turn out great for us! Thanks BMW Group. More
