First Car Purchase--Above and Beyond Service I was very impressed with the service at this dealership. When I was car shopping at other dealerships, I felt harassed by the employees. They seemed I was very impressed with the service at this dealership. When I was car shopping at other dealerships, I felt harassed by the employees. They seemed to follow me around even though I said I didn't need their help. Scott Tophoney simply approached us, asked if we had any questions, and then said "Here's my business card with my cell phone number on it. I know that people don't like to be harassed or followed or pressured, so give me a call if you need anything." It was a relief to know that not only did someone care, but he knew to give us our personal space. Mike Disora was able to get us approved credit wise, and Mike Salavati was honest with us in terms of what the car needed in terms of warranty. He mentioned gap insurance, but then honestly said that he wouldn't get it for the car after my father seemed hesitant about it. He put his honest opinion above making a few extra bucks, and to me, that shows a level of respect that is refreshing in this industry. I highly recommend this dealership. This was my first car buying experience, and it was all I could have hoped for! More
