I then spoke to Oscar Santiago who graciously gave me directions and waited outside with the car ready to drive.Oscar greeted my husband and I and on a very small time budget showed us the car and took us for a test drive after asking if he may join us to share many details about the car. We laughed that he would even imply that we could go alone. After the drive we knew we wanted the car. He is exceptional in his skill of explaining the car and making us feel comfortable about the car being a good fit for us. Mike Disora then came out to greet us and checked the car fax and sales bill of the car we almost bought helping us to see weather it really was a good deal or not. We met Michael Salavati next to discuss the best options to finance the car and he put together the very best possible scenario for our piece of mind. Michael could not have been more thorough and proactive on our behalf and it was a pleasure working with Michael. Also as the keys were handed to me my car was spotless and beautiful due to the service team detailing the car for me. I enjoyed the new car smell as Oscar showed me how to best benefit from the car. I was having issues with this from day one and finally I went and talked to the one manager mike and he said no problem I wil swap you into a new car!!! Come back Monday I will take care of you.... WRONG... Came back Monday and he was on vacation... So john lim got involved... He said I signed papers knowing of all the issues I had with car... WRONG NO PAPER WORK SAYING THAT AT ALL... I know he will come back and say that it was as is and yes that's true but if I knew everything that was wrong and he had me sign a piece of paper saying it I would not of bought it at all... Then he threatened to impound my car bc I didn't want to take it home bc it was still not fixed so I said that I wanted to get a lawyer involved if he was going that route... HE KICKED ME OUT OF HIS DEALERSHIP... So would I tell people to go hear???? NOPE More

Scott Tophoney and Mike Disora When my wife and I drove into the Kelly Nissan Lot at about 4:30 pm, we were greeted by Scott Tophoney while still in our vehicle, (drive thru service When my wife and I drove into the Kelly Nissan Lot at about 4:30 pm, we were greeted by Scott Tophoney while still in our vehicle, (drive thru service), we asked him about the 2008 Lexus RX400h, they had in the lot. He said park your car and lets go check it out. We went out on a test drive and really enjoyed the ride and the company. We enjoyed the ride so much we decided to purchase the vehicle right then an there. Scott took all of our information, filled out our application and got it approved right away. By the time we received our Insurance card, Scott, introduced us to Mike Disora, who completed the transaction, while the vehicle was being detailed. The entire transaction was completed by 7:15pm, 1 hour and 15 minutes after the showroom was closed for the day. Mike and Scott, stayed after ours and showed us extreme dedication customers.
