2014 Nissan Altima On Friday, I decided to take a trip down to Kelly Nissan to look at some possibilities for a new car. I got out of the car and was greeted by Scott wh On Friday, I decided to take a trip down to Kelly Nissan to look at some possibilities for a new car. I got out of the car and was greeted by Scott who remembered me right away. Last year I bought a car from a different sales man and Scott remembered everything. He was very patient and considerate when listening to what I wanted in my next car. He immediately said I think I have a car for you and showed me a 2014 Nissan Altima. I told him I could never afford it and he suggested having my car appraised. Needless to say, Scott got me a great deal and I was able to drive away in my (just about) brand new car. This was by far the easiest and smoothest time I have ever had at a dealership. Scott even called me back a few days later to make sure everything was going great and to see if I had any questions. I was having some issues with the bank who held the loan for the old car and Scott got everything taken care of for me. I will return to Kelly Nissan and ask for Scott again! He has been the most helpful and patient sales person I have ever had at a dealership. If you go to Kelly Nissan, make sure you ask for Scott! More

I found the Volkswagen Beetle I was interested in right away and the purchasing process was clear and easy. My dad was sick at the time and Ray Lavigne gave him water and tissues which was so nice. Also, the car was very affordable and was in great condition for being 14 years old. The employees cleaned up the car before handing me the keys and overall it was just a very happy experience for me. I knew the ratings for this dealership were great and I saw first-hand why. I would definitely recommend getting a car from there. By far the best place I've checked out. More

The manager from their pre-owned department, Mike DiSora and the GM in their new department I came in on Saturday to look at certified used vehicles. They were able to show me how I could easily afford the car I wanted new. New, Used Car When I first walked into the door at dealership, Lisa greeted with me a lot of enthusiasm and seemed very upbeat. Although I was really interested in a Kia Forte Koup and was stuck on that, once Lisa got the feel for what kind of car I wanted, she gave me a test ride in the Toyota Corolla I have now and I feel in love. Lisa took the time to get to actually know me, which made me more comfortable and allowed me to follow her recommendation for the car. I was in and out of the dealership within three hours, which was pretty fast to me. I was late on a Thursday night, Friday morning I came to finalize the paper work and walked out; it was very impressive and unlike any other dealer I had been to throughout my search for a car. More

I was offered beverages and refreshments as I sat in a comfortable chair to wait for my inspection. Everyone was so nice and friendly and like I said the price was very reasonable. So when I had gotten injured and was no longer able to drive the manual transmission of my 2009 Nissan Versa. There was no other place I would have rather gone to trade in my car. I had first spoke with Mike Salavanti over the phone to schedule an appointment to possibly trade my car in for a lease or buy certified pre owned vehicle. He was so nice and friendly and set me up for an appointment to see Peter. I met Peter who was super patient and friendly as we test drove different vehicle's for a lease. Because my budget is limited unfortunately the lease did not work out. And Peter introduced me to Mark Sawyor who was also very nice and explained different pre owned options they had available that would work with my budget. Mark introduced me to Chas Rute who was funny and friendly. He eventually helped me find the perfect car I have now. And with the help of Mike Salavanti, Chas Rute, and Mike Disora I know I have gotten the best deal possible. I am so thankful for these guys working so hard to accommodate my needs. Ray was very informative, personable, low pressure and patient with our many questions. He was very patient with pairing our phones and never gave us the impression that we were rushed in any way. His style of salesmanship is commendable, as very often one can feel pressured in buying a car. He was great to work with and we would love to work with him again. Mike was willing to work with us to meet our budget needs and he did a fine job in crunching numbers for us. John Arena, the Business Manager, was also very professional, informative and great to work with. All in all, we were very impressed with the Kelly Nissan Team and would recommend them to our friends. We will likely work with them again. More
