Came in looking at a used Honda Ridgeline which I was allowed to bring home and show my wife. She was ok with the Ridgeline but didn't love it. Brought it back and Bill Pallo, along with Brett Kline suggested she check out a used Murano on the lot. I brought it home and kept it over night so we could check it out. Ended up purchasing the Murano and Brett, Bill, Mike, and John were very helpful, knowledgeable, didn't keep us waiting forever, were conscious of our time, did't play some of the games that I've experienced at Kelly new car sales in the past.
