Purchased car coming off lease. Called Mike and discussed what I wanted to do. Mike said give him an hour and he’d get paperwork ready. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour including getti what I wanted to do. Mike said give him an hour and he’d get paperwork ready. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour including getting the state inspection. I don’t think the transaction could have been done more efficiently than that. More

I thought I had already sent you my response. I have purchased 7 Lexus autos from you but I will never purchase another one from You. Mike Driscoll made a deal with me I have the signed deal but when I purchased 7 Lexus autos from you but I will never purchase another one from You. Mike Driscoll made a deal with me I have the signed deal but when I came to pick the car up he changed the deal by sating he was increasing the price by $2,000 since he had my Trade in with 65,000. Actual miles was 71,000 and I told him that when I first spoke with him and my car had been smoked in I finally agreed to paying another $500. Bottom line. You don’t make a deal then change it !!
