They are supposed to be the experts, I can throw parts at it for a lot less than $156/hr.

What remedy can you offer?? I took it to the dealer and they were rude and didn't fix my problem. I need my vehicle and can't just leave it indefinitely.

I would like to know what your solution would entail. When I first came in to your dealership I was interested in having my oil pump, water pump, and timing chain replaced. The shop foreman Jamon talked me into bringing it in and let them take a look at it. I told them that the cam shaft sensor had already been replaced. I dropped off my vehicle and left it for a week before calling about the status. I was told that the sensor was bad along with the connector and that would take care of the codes. After another week with no update I called to check on the status. Mike the service manager told me that they were sure it was in the motor because the code came back and that would be $1000 dollars to diagnose the issue. After another week with no update I went to the dealership to see what is going on in person. Mike informed me that they were doing me a favor by working on my vehicle and now the problem was in the power train control module and that would be another $900. We proceeded down this path after another week still no update. On October 22, 2022 I received a call saying that my vehicle was fixed and could pick it up. I came and picked it up and was surprised that the bill was only $1688.93 since we had agreed to more. I was happy to have my vehicle back and was happy with the charge. I took my vehicle for a little test run and within an hour the code came back once again. Not happy to pay almost $1700 to have the same issue once again. The other fixes that I originally wanted were never addressed. If you cannot see why I am upset with the service that I received I don't know what to tell you. You have informed me that you would like to resolve my dissatisfaction but that would require me leaving my vehicle for an undetermined time with no guarantee that I won't be told that it is something else and I will need to cover that cost. It is an older Jeep Grand Cherokee that is only worth $10000 at best.
Not going to sink $20000 trying to get it fixed. I can do the work that I originally wanted in one day for a lot less than what you will charge me.
So again, why would I bring it back??

Especially after being offered a coffee and granola bar for my wait. I’ll be returning for any future upgrades or checkups and hopefully making acquaintance with the folks there.
