Mike was great to work with. He was professional, detail oriented and completely understood my needs and was running laps around us accommodating a quick and painless sale. Everything I needed in a sales person to few comfortable making a purchase after having a terrible experience at a GMC dealership a few months prior. We had a bad accident, totaled our van and needed a van asap. Mike Ferrett was super helpful and kind. He guided us through the whole process and I have to say it was the easiest and smoothest time I’ve ev asap. Mike Ferrett was super helpful and kind. He called us, texted us, checked in, responded to our questions…simply thorough and amazing. Even after we signed the papers and got our keys, Mike and dealership has helped us.
