I saw Michael walk out of an office, and immediately approached us. He asked us if anyone was taking care of us, and we responded no. He then proceeded with "I will right with you." He came back fast. He took care of us by attending to our needs. He listened to our wants. He paid attention to what we told him. He did such a good job that we drove out of the lot with the used car we were looking for. He was easy to talk too. And, we definitely felt stressed free working with him. Excellent Job Michael. More

I appreciate the fact that Sam dealt with me seriously via email as I was too busy and unwilling to come into the dealership when I first started car shopping. He found several trucks that met my criteria each time I changed my mind, and we made the deal (via email). The car was delivered on time as promised, I showed up, got a full run down on all features (and there's a boat load on this Tacoma), signed off and drove away. I knew exactly what to expect in the truck and got exactly what I I expected. The car was gleamingly detailed waiting for me inside the dealership. Very very impressed with Sam Ibrahim and Metro Toyota. I love my 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport. More
