Absolutely happy with the wonderful service from Metro Toyota. Mike English Ferrett was great. Aside from coming in on his day off to help me, he was laid back and extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota product line, and specifically the Taco Aside from coming in on his day off to help me, he was laid back and extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota product line, and specifically the Tacoma product and what it offers and can be personalized. As for the rest of the staff, the new car manager came out of his way to offer pizza, and product knowledge of new cars and trucks. The owner spent time talking business and socializing to make me feel part of the Metro Toyota family. Then what about Bob? Bob is the finance guy that not only knew his products, but utlized his personality to make spending money like it was an easy good thing. A total great experience top to bottom. More
