Unlike the others, Mike answered my questions in a very timely and straightforward manner. He respected that I had done my homework on pricing and needed to communicate by email or text given I was busy at work and didn't have time for phone calls. He made the purchasing process easy and efficient and took his time going over all aspects of the car with our daughter. In fact, because we were surprising our daughter with this car, Mike found a big red bow that was wrapped around the car when we arrived and even went along with our charade of pretending to be there to look at used cars for our daughter.
