They provided quick and excellent service when we purchased our recent vehicle! We inquired about a vehicle late Thursday evening, had a test drive set up for the following Saturday, and are the prou purchased our recent vehicle! Great Experience Buying a car is a large expense. My approach involves a great deal of research (web search, go see, research, test drive, etc.) The team at Jim Elli Buying a car is a large expense. My approach involves a great deal of research (web search, go see, research, test drive, etc.) The team at Jim Ellis, especially Mike Fresquez, was respectful of my time and approach. Mike really knew the vehicle well (CX-9 Grand Touring) and was able to answer my questions and provide insights regarding my specific "hot buttons." The purchase process was painless and Miguel Rosario walked me through the paperwork with no pressure to "upsell" anything (much appreciated!) This is our second experience with Jim Ellis Mazda and the second was as good as the first. I suspect this is an industry with high employee turnover but all of the folks I dealt with had been with the dealer for years - that consistency says a great deal about how employees are valued. That translates to customers as well. More
