Went in to look at and test drive a CX5. Mike F. explained everything I needed to know and was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire procedure. Very easy process i was in and out of the dealership within a hour after completing a few documents online. I bought a ford mustang gt from the dealership mike made the extra effort to take the car off within a hour after completing a few documents online. Mike and Lance were both so sweet and worked with me, not against me. They did not push me into anything like some other dealership crews have tried. I came in for one thing and they easily talked me through against me. They did not push me into anything like some other dealership crews have tried. I am so happy with my first new car purchase thanks to Mike. I actually had been to another dealership and was disappointed by the lack of follow up when I had questions. I contacted Jim Ellis and received immediate assistance from Mike, who answered all my questions promptly and had everything ready for me when I arrived. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.
