We own 3 Jeep Grand Cherokees that my recent collage and law school grad kids drive (2014, 2016, 2019) The 2019 was purchased from Palmer and Mike G. was our sales person. Two weeks ago I took my daughters 2014 Limited in for service and left a message for Mike to call. Zip..dada crickets. Last week my sons 2019 Altitude had an electrical issue. Luis and team in service did a great job getting the vehicle repaired! When I picked up the vehicle, I went to the sales dept. to see Mike, he apologized for not getting back to me. We then walked the lot and found a 2021 Grand Cherokee 80th anniversary in White which is what my daughter who works for Delta in town wanted. I asked Mike to send me the quote. Emails inquiring on the status and subsequently if the vehicle was even still available went un-answered. Phone calls (2) went un-returned. As a potential repeat customer buying from Mike G. I am beyond disappointed. My daughter and I wanted to spend nearly $50k (again) with Mike G. Please do yourself a favor when the chip shortage is over and they have more inventory. Go to any sale person but Mike or go to Landmark which is were we are making are next purchase . Milton GA More

Mr. Gebhardt reached out via text immediately to understand our needs and what we were looking for in our next vehicle. We knew we wanted a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland to replace our 2014 one. Mike worked the numbers and we agreed. At 3 am in the morning I found a different vehicle only. I messaged immediately (fortunately he was sleeping) and he worked up numbers on that different vehicle. We went that afternoon and looked at both vehicles and made the purchase. I am not certain we would have pulled the plug this quickly if it was not for the sincere interactions with Mike. He is to be commended. Anyone who sees this should reach out to him directly.
