engine light I always cringe when i see an engine light. It is what it is and the bill is usually big for a F350. They contacted me right away and told me what the error codes were, estimated cost and time to complete. Recommend they contact customers with cost estimates via email. It would be easier to read and call with questions rather than hearing the fixes over the phone. That way the customer can do some research to understabd the fixes and call later. I understand time is important and they want permission to start work asap, but I'd prefer a call to check the repair estimate email and call back. I've never had a bad experience with Gervais Ford!! More

Extended Warranty. Well, at only 30K on my 2013 Explorer Sport, the PTU seems to be leaking. I have a Premium extended warrantee that I got from Gervais which approved Well, at only 30K on my 2013 Explorer Sport, the PTU seems to be leaking. I have a Premium extended warrantee that I got from Gervais which approved the repair at no cost to me. Part is on order and when it comes in--we do the fix.. I encourage everyone that plans to keep a vehicle past the original warrantee to get an extended warrantee as some repairs can cost you big bucks otherwise. I buy vehicles, drive them off the lot, keep them for 15--20 years (until they are worn out) then have the junkyard come over and take them away.. I still have 31K and/or 4 years left on my warrantee. More
