From beginning to end it was a lovely experience. I was greeted at the door by Savir. I told them what I needed and what I liked I also told them hoe much I could afford. We set up appointment to meet with Nelson Bou at noon and was running ten minutes late. Once we arrived, one of the sales men approached us and I advised him we had an appointment with Nelson.
