From beginning to end it was a lovely experience. I was greeted at the door by Savir. I told them what I needed and what I liked I also told them hoe much I could afford. We set up appointment to meet with Nelson Bou at noon and was running ten minutes late. Once we arrived, one of the sales men approached us and I advised him we had an appointment with Nelson. We told him what we were wanting in a vehicle and price range as well. Nelson gave us a few different options. We test drove the vehicles. We decided on Kia Sportage 2019. The whole process from the beginning until the end was wonderful.
