Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were in a situation to buy a car emergently. We arrived at Harbro on Monday, feeling for sure we would get "ripped off", due to the necessity of our purchase. I drove t to buy a car emergently. We arrived at Harbro on Monday, feeling for sure we would get "ripped off", due to the necessity of our purchase. I drove the car home Friday. We were greeted by a warm and friendly Mark, who did not pry, but understood the urgency of our purchase. We test drove about 5 cars. We liked the feel of the Kia, but hated the color. Mark said he was getting a white one in a few days. We left. No pressure felt. Mark called that evening - had the white one. We went in the morning, drove it, and then I explained why this was a necessity. I started to cry. Jeremy and Mark were like my brothers. Having just met them, I felt like I was being brought into a family. The buying experience was painless. Heather dealt with all the paperwork and insurance, etc., and signing the papers was painless with her. Mike went over every aspect of the car, and made sure I realized if there was ANYTHING we needed, to just go on back. Harbro has restored my faith in the car salesman. I feel like we are now a part of this wonderful, caring family. We have bought into a relationship. They care about us, and our car. I will scream their name from the rooftops, because I am so happy that this was not another added pressure on us. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart. i went to buy a car from harbro and didnt know what to expect, it was my first car that i would buy from a dealer, and harbro made it a very enjoyable process! every employee i talked to was friendly and expect, it was my first car that i would buy from a dealer, and harbro made it a very enjoyable process! every employee i talked to was friendly and cared about getting me inton the right car as soon as possible. they took care of me very well and i will deffinetly go to harbro for everything i need and i will send people in their way! From the start I had a good expierence. One thing I don't like about car buying is pushy salesmen that "stretch" the truth to make you "happy". I have given David Malo and the Harbro sales this rating because they were first of all very friendly to both me and my father. Being only 19 most sales men would look at you and write you off right away. H because they were first of all very friendly to both me and my father. Being only 19 most sales men would look at you and write you off right away. However, David gave us a chance and fought to get my bank loan. Great dealership and great car salesman.
