There is a general feel that this dealership is jsut not top notch, they make lots of mistakes and excercise questionalbe judgement. Example: A passenger in my car commented on a noise which I too thought strange, I take car to the dealership for testing and told no problem was found. After getting a second opinion I took the car back to the dealer to be told it was tire noise and I needed new tires. I bought new tires, which did not resolve the issue so I'm back at the dealership, a little more upset each time, demanding that they check what I believed the problem had been the whole time....sure nuff, it was...thank goodness for the warranty! Not so good being out of the cost of a set of new tires! Next example: car running funny told I needed a part, purchased the part, expected to be on my merry way. A week later same issue, call the dealer who tells me it can't be the new part it must be something else so I take the car in to find out the part they put in was "bad"! Not sure if "bad" means we tried to get away with giving you a not so new part, or we only charged you and really didn't do any work, or our service just isn't that good! Overall its been a history of this with this dealership and it just sucks! More

Service was great. I went in for an oil change and they washed my car and shined my wheels. I had an exceptional experience with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. The customer service through the service department was absolutely A+! The service associate Mike was extremely straight foreword an Clarendon Hills. The customer service through the service department was absolutely A+! I couldn't be happier with my experience at Infiniti and will definitely return for any needs in the future. On a side note, dealerships such as Infiniti of Orland Park should model themselves after Infiniti of Claredon Hills. More

We were on road from Milwaukee to St. Louis when our car demonstrated shifting problems as we exited I-294 at Ogden for gas. We located Infiniti of Clarendon Hills & drove the car there for inspection. Mi demonstrated shifting problems as we exited I-294 at Ogden for gas. We located Infiniti of Clarendon Hills & drove the car there for inspection. Mike Harlow listened to our problem & worked us in during a particularly busy Friday morning. We departed the dealership an hour later with our car completely fixed after they downloaded some computer codes for the transmission. We have had no problems since their work was completed.
