Mike has always been great to work with, I take my SUV to him all the time. This time I need to have new tires installed (and quickly). I pulled into the service department at noon (with no appointment) an him all the time. This time I need to have new tires installed (and quickly). Recently Infiniti opened a new dealership in Clarendon Hills, within 4 miles of my home! What a pleasure! That gave me the opportunity to save precious time, not only in mileage but fighting traffic iss Hills, within 4 miles of my home! What a pleasure! That gave me the opportunity to save precious time, not only in mileage but fighting traffic issues too. And, I save money in gas usage traveling to CH as opposed to my original Infiniti dealer. Now, mind you, I was not disappointed in the service I received in the past years, because I have always been satisfied with Infiniti's specialized attention. Brought my car in for recall and oil change. The recall for gas gauge was not fix until I brought it back. Float was stuck. Was ciorrected and everything was OK. SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE makes them a top notch dealership. Everyone on the staff from reception to upper management treats you with respect and sincerity. There is never an indication they want to up-sell - it seems to me that their motto is "We profit thru honesty which builds customer loyalty" Very, very personalized approach to servicing the customer and accommodating your specific needs. Far and away better than dealing with the last two Audi service departments, I dealt with in the past. More

BROUGHT MY 2008 FX35 IN FOR A DASH BOARD ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOM TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOMETER ORDER PARTS AND GOT TO WORK ON THAT AS WELL. I HAD MY CAR BACK THE NEXT DAY. EVERYONE THERE WAS PLEASANT, COURTEOUS AND ACCOMMODATING. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SUGGEST IT TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION VIA MAIL OR EMAIL ON THE RECALLS. SHARON E. WESTMONT, IL More
