I came in for a maintenance visit as my change oil filter light was on. I came in after work -- just before closing time --and was treated as if I was the only customer they had all day. I always receive great service and Mike Harlow is superb listening to issues and concerns; taking care letting us know how the service is progressing, etc. I also dealt with the parts department for the first time and had an excellant experience as well. Friendly, efficient and helpful -- I'm sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name. He even helped install the items I purchased. Again, something that had never happened at a Toyota, Volvo, etc dealership in the past. Infiniti is a quality product supported by quality service -- the service dept. is the reason I have purchased more than one Infiniti. More

My 2008 G35x needed cosmetic repairs. This dealer did a great job. The car looks new. Mike was very responsive. And though the dealer had my car over the weekend, the use of the free loaner car made the pr great job. The car looks new. Mike was very responsive. I brought my car in for service and decided to wait for completion. I wandered over to the sales floor and spoke to Joe Belmonte who was extremely nice and patient with me. I am new to the brand and even though I made it clear I was not a customer for purchase, he still took time and we chatted about the line-up and the Infiniti brand. He was great and I appreciated the chat. Soon enough my car was done and ready, Mike Harlow came to fetch me and I was off 2 minutes later. Another visit and still very satisfied with my purchase and happy to have Infiniti of CH as my home dealership. Thanks. More

My experience with the Infiniti of Clarendon Hills dealership was pretty awesome! I must admit, I was a bit concerned at first because they just recently opened and I hadn't even heard of them until dealership was pretty awesome! I must admit, I was a bit concerned at first because they just recently opened and I hadn't even heard of them until the morning I went there. I figured they would either be really good or really bad. I am very grateful that they were really great. Mike Harlow represented the dealership amazingly! I spoke with him before I got there. He looked my information up before I got there. My clutch pedal hit the floor and stayed there; so I had to be towed into the dealership. When I arrived, Mike walked right up and greeted me by my name. He had already gathered the information on my car, set me up with a loaner, and I was on my way. While they had my car, Mike called me with daily updates. When I called in and left messages, Mike returned my calls very quickly as well. My clutch pedal issue was thoroughly investigated and I was given a couple of scenarios for the failures. One of them I sternly disagreed with and admittedly wasn't the most pleasant about. This one of the biggest reasons why I want to give many accolades to Mike Harlow; because he handle this part of our conversation with the utmost professionalism. All of my concerns were investigated and I was given thorough answers to all of my questions. My clutch pedal issue was resolved, they also replaced both of my rear woofers (even though only one was rattling) and I'm happily rolling again. To top all of this off, due to the mileage they had to put on my car to extensively troubleshoot and repair my clutch issue, my gas was even replaced (which is fantastic with these extremely high gas prices)! Brought in my G35 coupe for service. Mike was great about giving me advice about what should be done vs what could wait. He kept in contact with me throughout the time my car was being serviced (they had it for a few days). He set me up with a great loaner vehicle. Overall no issues with service and the dealership. I dealt with Tony when I forgot to submit my rewards card for a discount on the service. He was nice enough to credit my account and refund the discount I was supposed to get, even though I know it caused some accounting headaches. Out of all the dealerships I have been to (6 of them in many different cities over the years) Inifiniti of Clarendon Hills is my favorite! More
