I have driven and maintained over 20 different automobiles in three different continents over the last 60 years. In all that experience I have never been treated so badly as I was by the key man automobiles in three different continents over the last 60 years. The Service Mgr (Mark) was the only person that demonstrated any effort about trying to maintain some form of customer satisfaction. When I tried to pick up my truck I was invited into the Sale Mgrs office I introduced myself and asked to pick up my truck. The Sales Mgr literly threw my out of the office which was not a nice way to treat a customer. Most of the issues I observed were caused my a total lack of communication within the various departments. I will not return to Beck primalily because of the way the Sales Mgr treated me. I have been a Total Quality Consultant for 30 years and if I was the President of Beck I would Fire that Sales Mgr. Treating any customer the way he did is not only stupid it is totally unacceptable.
