We met Mike in the first week of May. We were not sure whether we should decide on a Forrester or Outback. Mike was kind enough to take his time to show us the available units of each mod We were not sure whether we should decide on a Forrester or Outback. Mike was kind enough to take his time to show us the available units of each model and made a fair comparison of them. Since that first meeting, we started communicating by email. He sent me the lists of cars that were in transit so we could think of a car that would be suitable for our family's needs. It was until August that I saw what we wanted. Then he guided us in the process to reserve the car and keep us updated on the status of the delivery. The day that we picked up the car he took care of so many details, from the paperwork to showing us the features of the car. At every point he always made us feel comfortable. Mike introduced us to Curt McHenry in finance who walked us through the finance, explained in detail our options, and answer all our questions. He also presented the additional services and their cost. He was respectful of our decision to accept or decline those services without putting any pressure on us. We drove from the dealer with what we considered to be the best car buying experience that we have had so far. We are looking forward to being assisted by Mike the next time we are looking for another car. More

I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson than Mike Henry. While there were challenges along the way, many of which were supply chain issues, Mike went above and when beyond to complete the delivery of Henry.
