The dealership far exceeded my expectations at every step - the customer service on the phone when I called to schedule an oil change; the greeting and preparedness of the service person when I drove in; ev - the customer service on the phone when I called to schedule an oil change; the greeting and preparedness of the service person when I drove in; every door opened for me throughout my stay, the beautiful, comfortably laid out customer waiting area (dog treats and water bowl!). With time on my hands I approached a salesperson to ask about technology upgrades from my 2016 Crosstrek. Less than an hour later I had paid a deposit to take delivery of a 2022 model. A very pleasant and ultimately exciting way to spend a Saturday morning :-) More
