I had a few issues with my vehicle over the past month & the service department went above & beyond to help me. Mike, David, Jason & Eric we’re incredibly helpful, very professional and courteous. I’ve contacted this dealership since 10 am on September 30th to get my car in for service due to a light that popped up on my dashboard. I was told a specialist would contact me back and to not make an app 30th to get my car in for service due to a light that popped up on my dashboard. I was told a specialist would contact me back and to not make an appointment until they contacted me. I called back 3 times on the 30th to see what the status was of my call to get absolutely nothing. This morning my car would not turn on. I contacted the dealership to speak with the service department manager Mike Hughes, I left 2 voicemails to get ZERO response. I then contacted the dealership again to speak with Jason the GM of this location to be told he wasn’t in for the day and no one could help me. After calling this location more than 6 times today the service department and managers have YET to contact me back. I contacted roadside service to have my car dropped off at this location since NO ONE from this dealership has the decency to contact me back about my car that isn’t working. The lovely lady Sharon at the front desk was lovely and helped me with the process of making an appointment after roadside service will be picking up my car and dropping my keys off in the drop off box. Extremely upset with this dealership for not contacting their costumer of 2+ years back for service on my car. I rated the friendliness of this dealership high due to the lady at the front desk who was able to calm me down. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve lost all hope in this dealership. More

Everything was great!! Everyone was super nice. We knew what we wanted & we got it. There were some complications when it came to the bank & the paperwork they needed due to us buying two cars at once. It what we wanted & we got it. This was a recall for my 2014 JKU, I called the service department and to my surprise they scheduled my vehicle the same afternoon. They had the part, replaced it, recommended a couple other items to think department and to my surprise they scheduled my vehicle the same afternoon. They had the part, replaced it, recommended a couple other items to think about, no pressure, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the job was finished. Very professional and greatly appreciated. More
