I had an excellent experience buying my vehicle with Mike Jarrin. I had a horrible experience with the service department. The service advisor (Randy Yates) did not listen to my concerns at all. When he found out it was a free alignment, he stopped listening to anything I was saying. He failed to call the phone number I had left with him as well. When I got the car back, it drove worse than it had before the alignment. I took it to another shop. The alignment specifications were way off. The alignment was taken care of there and it now drives beautifully. Zimmerman Honda has some work to do in their service department. More
