I had the best experience when leasing my Bronco. Mike was great. He had every thing prepared.He saved me so much time having everything ready to go. Nick was great with finance. Mike L. in sales is great! We were returning customers, and he remembered us from last time, already had cars in mind that would fit our preferences, and mad in sales is great! We were returning customers, and he remembered us from last time, already had cars in mind that would fit our preferences, and made the whole process as seamless as possible. We spent about an hour discussing a couple of different options, settled on one, and got right to paperwork. Everyone else we worked with was excellent as well, as we've come to expect! Even my 5-year-old had a great experience, and car buying is not typically what kids do for fun. We already have plans to return when our older car needs to be replaced. More

Very thankful to have chosen to come by Ken Ganley Ford Parma. I was hesitant to stop by at first because I didn't think a deal was possible, but Mike LaScola and Nick Feruito went the distance required to Parma. I was hesitant to stop by at first because I didn't think a deal was possible, but Mike LaScola and Nick Feruito went the distance required to help me into a new ride. A day after I had the car home I noticed a chip in the windshield - being nearly certain this didn't happen on my drive home from the dealer, I asked Mike if they could help me out. 2 days and 10 minutes later, my windshield is fixed good as new. I will be back to see Mike, Nick, and the team at Ken Ganley Ford Parma for all my future vehicle needs. More
