Otto and myself fixed Mikes mistakes in less than a month. Mike was suppose to order my part in January, he never did. When I called him and ask what the status was in March, he said he d check. I never heard from him, when I called he told me since he didn't call me back that meant it wasn't in. sorry I'm not a mind reader. Checked back in May still not in, so when I came in for an oil change in July I went straight to parts and asked if they could find one, they told me there was 5 in Detroit. Otto set up an order and the issue was finally fixed More

Service was great, however after looking at the inside of the vehicle, I noticed dirt/grease on the passenger seat as well as the rear seat. In the 45 years of car ownership, I have never dealt with a more inept and less capable dealership. After misdiagnosing the problem with my vehicle, they did thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, after a more inept and less capable dealership. After misdiagnosing the problem with my vehicle, they did thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, after which the problem still existed. It was unbelievable. And that was after I even suggested what might be wrong. Then, some of the work they did went bad immediately and had to be fixed, which in the end never was properly fixed and I had to take it to another dealer to have it fixed. It was easily the worst experience I've ever had with a Chrysler dealership. I heard bad things about this dealership from my neighbors but needed work done so I went there anyway. What a huge mistake. It's hard to believe they could stay in business treating their customers the way they do. I feel bad for anyone going there in the future. Good luck. More
