Do not take your car to Town Center Nissan! I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR there. I had my 2011 Nissan Altima towed there. I was told my engine needed to be replaced. The cost of a used engine I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR there. I had my 2011 Nissan Altima towed there. I was told my engine needed to be replaced. The cost of a used engine and labor would be around $5,000. I did not believe the dealership about the engine being the issue. I had my car towed to my residence. I had another mechanic take a look. The issue was the alternator. I called the dealership back and explained the new findings. The service manager but in a request to refund $165.00 diagnosis payment. I'm so happy I got a second opinion. If I could give a zero star, I would. More

Yet another horrible experience with TCN service. Wish I could give negative stars. I made an appointment to have the shift mechanism looked at on our NV. Left the car with Mike Little. By 3:50 no one had called, so My wife called them. The service receptionist Brandy called and said nobody had looked at it yet. My wife mentioned that we had 10 kids and needed our van back. She then said you can pick it up today but there would be a $150 diagnostic fee. I'm very sure when we complained she had a tech run out to the car and briefly look at it. We were then told it would $980.00 to repair. I was never told about a potential diagnostic and certainly did not sign any estimate agreeing to it. I will be getting the vehicle tomorrow and update my review. More

I have had four cars from this dealership in 10 years. Service Dept has always been 4.0. Current experience is more 2.0. Apmt set Fri. For 7 am Tuesday. Poor customer service I brought my vehicle in for a heater repair on a Friday, was called to pick it up later that day $500 later. I pick the vehicle up and it is still not blowing heat, so I bring it back Saturday morning, and they said they would look into it. They did give me a rental car which was nice, At 3:29 after not hearing from anyone I called and was told they ordered a part and should be here Monday. ( It would have been nice if someone told me instead of me having to call especially since I use a truck to make a living and as nice as it was to have a car I couldn't wok out it. So on Monday I finally here from someone at 2:51 telling me it needs a new heater box, but the good news was the $500 I already spent on the repair that was not need would be credited. The service adviser was suppose to check into when the part would arrive, as well as into getting me a truck to drive, never heard from him. At 5:33 I called to see what was found out and he had already gone home for the day. The other gentleman had no idea what was going on with my truck, but would check into getting me a truck to drive the next day since he was the one that wrote up mt service ticket. Tuesday comes, did not hear from anyone, Wednesday comes did not hear from anyone. Thursday I finally call at 7:18am and was told the part should be in today and they will try to get it fixed. Thursday 4:56pm truck is finished. Friday morning I go to pick up my truck and sit down with the service manager and explain all that has happened and my poor customer service experience. He ended up crediting me a little more than the first repair that did not fix it cost, which was what they were suppose to do already. That was the worst customer service experience of my life and to think we have bought over $70000 in vehicle with them. i will never go back. More
