When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the service writer to log in your car and set up the mechanic to do the work.
My appointment was for an item that takes less than one hour for completion. I was there 3 hours and left without taking advantage of your. "Free Carwash" because I had already been there 3 HOURS.
Please rethink your procedures. MY TIME IS ALSO VALUABLE!!!
