I purchased a Grand Cherokee from Fred Martin Superstore

Trey has also followed up with me since the purchase to ensure that I did not have any questions regarding my vehicle. About a month after making my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have them install an OEM trailer hitch on my vehicle. I worked with Mike Loucks in the service department, and everything went very smoothly. He got my vehicle in on time, and the job was completed quicker than I expected. I subsequently worked with Mike to have OEM running boards installed on my vehicle, and again, the whole process was completed quickly and smoothly. Overall, my experience with the dealership has been outstanding.

I'd been having an intermittent issue with my Jeep and
the dealership was able to work my vehicle in very quickly. They did a thorough inspection and quickly resolved the issue they were able to identify.
