Darren Shin: Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable My wife and I visited Cityside Subaru in mid-June with the hope of purchasing a pre-owned Forester meeting the following conditions: a. no more than 3 My wife and I visited Cityside Subaru in mid-June with the hope of purchasing a pre-owned Forester meeting the following conditions: a. no more than 3 model years old; b. under 25,000 miles; and, c. no more than $20,000.00 We arrived at the dealership on a Saturday afternoon where Darren Shin greeted us upon entering the showroom. We introduced ourselves and relayed our goals to him. Without hesitation, Darren offered to show us several vehicles in their inventory which met our criteria. Darren presented himself in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. He is deserving of the title: Client Relations Manager. We ended up purchasing the second vehicle we test drove, a 2014 Forester Limited with approximately 12,000 miles on the odometer. We negotiated a fair price which met the terms of our finances and budget. Darren treated us with respect and dignity. At no time did we feel pressured into buying something we did not intend on owning. The experience felt relaxed, and the tone was very laid back. Financing through Capital One was effortless, and the APR beat our local bank's offer for a six year term. We could not have been more pleased with our car-shopping experience.
