Prior to coming to Gollings, I ordered a wrangler at another dealership- Village Jeep. Wait at 10 weeks for my jeep to be shipped from the production line to find out that the sales person entered in th another dealership- Village Jeep. Wait at 10 weeks for my jeep to be shipped from the production line to find out that the sales person entered in the wrong codes. Which gave me a jeep that I did not initially order. I immediately left that dealership and redeemed my thousand dollar deposit. I decided to come to Gollings the same day. I worked with Michael Martin and he was an exceptional sales person that knew every detail regarding Jeep Wrangler. I mentioned to him my situation and how my lease was up and I waited on a vehicle that was ordered incorrectly. He apologized for what the other dealership did and help me find the car of my dreams! I was lucky to be at the right place at the right time! As soon as he reviewed the inventory he saw there was a Rubicon available that was not on hold. Immediately I let him know I wanted that vehicle. He was very professional, knowledgeable and empathized about my situation. We have definitely found our new Jeep family dealership!
