Service writer was not factual for warranty request. Warranty was denied on a $86,000 dollar truck with only 4500 miles, 2023 Denali 1500 Ultimate. The Alpine leather on the drivers seat began discoloring, which the service writer claimed it was from wear and tear on a brand new truck. Dealership did not fight for me with GM for replacement, and claimed I needed to wait for it to get worse. Why do you need to wait for something to get worse in order to correct the problem? More
