Great Dealership and Fantastic Customer Service I picked up new 2017 718 Porsche Boxster S on Friday, March 24, 2017 and Mike McPherson met me at the dealership and helped me walk thru the purchase I picked up new 2017 718 Porsche Boxster S on Friday, March 24, 2017 and Mike McPherson met me at the dealership and helped me walk thru the purchase paperwork with the assistance with Scott Chmiel. Once that was completed and the car was mine, Mike showed me all of the new features of the 718 Porsche and explained how they all worked. My prior car was a 2014 Porsche Boxster and this car had way more new features and it took awhile to go thru them. Then we took a short drive around the area to familiarize myself with the PDK transmission as I did not have it on my prior car. Once again, he explained the 4 driving modes and we tried them all out, except for the launch control mode, which he explained but I did not want to try at this time. I've since called Mike a few times to ask about some of the features and he always got back to me in short order. In short, Mike made the experience very pleasurable and I felt that he always will be a phone call away if I need any additional assistance. More

I had a deal worked out with Mike on Boxter S, we agreed that I would return to purchase the vehicle after his day off after negotiating price and delivery timeline, the day I'm supposed to pickup the vehicle I get an email from my money manager saying that he had received an email at 10:28pm the night before from Mike's manager saying that the vehicle had been sold. I was then emailed this morning by their "sales manager" saying: "We recently received a couple of trucks with some additional inventory on them and I did not know if there was something specific that you were looking for" Really? Yes, what I was specifically looking for was the vehicle I committed to buy 24 hrs before. Frankly, this experience solidifies why car buying services have become so popular as of late. It doesn't matter how good and attentive Mike was when the organization behind him can completely undermine whatever deal he is working with a client, leaving him to try and retain the customer. Do not believe the hype of "Luxury car sales experience". This organization is interested in nothing more than a transactional relationship and not the customer experience that is required for retaining customers long term. They have definitely lost me as a potential customer. More
