Excellent Experience Before, During and After the Sale I purchased my first Porsche (2009 Porsche Boxster S) from Mike McPherson in Summer 2012. I had to sell that car in favor of something more practical I purchased my first Porsche (2009 Porsche Boxster S) from Mike McPherson in Summer 2012. I had to sell that car in favor of something more practical to accommodate my newborn son. Even as I was trading in the Boxster at another brand dealership, Mike was helpful in determining whether I was being offered a fair trade-in value. If that isn't fantastic customer service, I don't know what is. Fast forward a few years and Mike again was exceptional to work with on the purchase of a new Cayenne S. The Porsche brand and quality of their product alone is enough to encourage a sale, but forging a relationship with people that you trust only makes the draw to Porsche, and in particular, to Hennessy Porsche, all the more appealing. I am currently looking for my third Porsche, and Mike will undoubtedly be the first person I go to. I am a customer for life, even if I leave the state of Georgia. I can't provide higher praise. Never met Mike, never heard of the dealer, he purchased my car and I purchased his all over e-mails. I needed to send him the money before I received my new car while he had my trade in. I placed a great deal of trust in a person that I never met. All I can say is that I am extremely happy in how the purchase went. Mike handled all pre-trade details over the internet in a very clear and timely manner, and followed up with phone calls as needed. On delivery day Jamey was very prepared with financial details and there were no surprises. When it was time to roll away, Mike did a phenomenal job of handing off our CPO Cayman S and making us familiar with all the features.
