He arranged a demo drive for me in a car similar to the sort of spec I might buy. Over the following weeks I sent Scott countless emails asking endless probing questions. Scott was excellent in offering totally impartial views and advise of what Porsche technologies and after-market treatments would collectively best satisfy my personal needs. It is important for me to build personal relationships with those I entrust to look after me 'after' I have bought a new vehicle. Scott made me feel welcomed into the Hennessy Porsche family and like nothing would be too much trouble for him to facilitate for me, be that in an hours time or one year from now. It's good to feel respected and welcome if delivered sincerely, which I felt it was. Eventually I agreed terms on a Cayman S with Scott. Initially the deal was just short of palatable to me; however Scott was able to rework the deal to be able to fit in with my budget. Buying a Porsche will never be cheap, but the eventual dealer was certainly acceptably good to me. Blake in service helped see me away in a loan car at zero notice, when I made an 11th hour decision to have SpeedFilm fitted during the time of collection. Jamey Holt was excellent in dealing with all matters financial and arranging the SpeedFilm fitment. And after arranging a prestige plate for me, he even offered to return my trade-in vehicles old tag just to save me the trouble. A slight miss-communication between Jamey and Scott meaning I initially left the showroom without a formal vehicle controls handover, was the only slight blot on an otherwise impeccable team performance. This was soon rectified a couple of days later, when I revisited the showroom and received a comprehesive familiarization demo from Mike McPherson. All things considered a good buying experience. I am delighted with my new Porsche and would recommend Hennessy Porsche and particularly the sales assistance of Scott and Mike to anyone interested in investing in this wonderful brand. More

My buying experience with Hennessy Porsche was nothing less than outstanding. One night around 2 AM, I was unable to sleep and have been interested in purchasing a BMW Z-3. I started searching the intern less than outstanding. One night around 2 AM, I was unable to sleep and have been interested in purchasing a BMW Z-3. I started searching the internet around 3AM when I came across a 2000 Z-3 for sale by Hennessy Porsche. I sent a information request and thought I would have to wait several hours for a reply. I checked my email around 4:30 am and to my disbelief Scott Hamilton had replied to my email and said he would contact me once the dealership was open and what a was a good time to call. Scott was very punctual and called me at the time we arranged. He was very friendly and polite. I live in Mississippi and had to travel 5 ½ hours to view and drive the BMW Z-3. Before I departed my home on my way to the dealership, Mike contacted me for Scott because the dealership planned on replacing all four tires on the Z-3. The dealership had to order the tires and they would not be in until Monday or Tuesday and I would not be able to bring the Z-3 home until the dealership had completed the service. Scott arranged for me to view/inspect and drive the Z-3 on Saturday. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was parked right outside the font door and Scott was very prompt in meeting and showing me the vehicle. After the drive and my decision to purchase the Z-3 Scott didn’t miss a beat on completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale. I did have to leave the dealership to attend my cousins birthday party and when I returned to the dealership Jamey Holt had completed all the paperwork and that was left was for me to do was to sign a few documents. The whole process that Saturday was nice, non-stressful and quick. Unlike other dealership I have work with. Throughout the week, Scott kept me informed on the progress of the Z-3 and schedule a time for me to pickup the new addition to my family. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were greeted with the utmost respect and offered a beverage. Scott was once again punctual and showed us to our new to us BMW Z-3. Scott took the time to ensure we were very satisfied with all aspects of our purchase and even took the time to take a picture of my wife and me standing in front of the Z-3 and one with Scott and me in front of the Z-3. I only rated the Hennessy Porsche dealership a 5 because that was the highest rating allowed. I rate Hennessey Porsche a 9 overall only because Scott would not throw in a new Porsche to sweeten the deal. Just kidding. Hennessey Porsche dealership is rated a 10 in my book. If you want to be treated respectfully and receive a great deal make Hennessy Porsche your first stop you won’t be disappointed. v/r Ken Phelps More

I wanted to buy a new 2014 Porsche 911 4. I shopped the Porsche dealers in Hickory, NC, Hilton Head, SC, Charlotte, NC and one other dealer in Atlanta to no avail. each of the dealers did not have an alloc Porsche dealers in Hickory, NC, Hilton Head, SC, Charlotte, NC and one other dealer in Atlanta to no avail. each of the dealers did not have an allocation forthcoming and those that did have a 4 in stock had cars not to my liking. I hooked up with your dealership through my insurance USAA and their car buying service. I typically use them to obtain a True Value for cars I buy. Your dealership was the only one that moved ahead on getting an allocation from Porsche and agreeing to my price. All of this was done through e-mails or over the phone before I even went to the dealership. All the other dealerships wanted me to sign an order before they would agree to even look for one or even discuss a price other than list. Scott and Mike are action oriented guys who got my business by doing something first to find my car and agree to my price before I had to do something. I live in Hilton Head but used to work in Atlanta so travelling to get the car I wanted from a high volume dealer was no problem. So I encourage to keep that management style in place with others by going after what the customer wants rather than the typical approach of trying to determine if the customer is serious first. We both saved time and I got the car I wanted. Thanks More

We were searching for a Used Porsche Boxster and found one that had a price point that was below what we were used to seeing where we live, which is in East TN.
