He went above and beyond to make the car I bought perfect! I asked for 4 new tires to be placed on the vehicle, and he got them replaced with an even BETTER quality tire. He also got me a brand new inspection, all fluids changed and certified the car too! He explained all the features of the car, and made sure I was happy with everything. I will recommend him and return to see him for future car purchases. Thank you Henry !!!!!! Mike and Brandon were very nice and pleasant for the Finance portion of my deal too! More

Ripped off I am a disabled woman on a fixed income and was looking for a 4WD vehicle to get around in and visit my Daughter who's moving out of state. Just stop I am a disabled woman on a fixed income and was looking for a 4WD vehicle to get around in and visit my Daughter who's moving out of state. Just stopped on night to look around, no Escapes at that time, so we test drove a CRV, even took it to our mechanic who said it was a solid vehicle. Went back up with intention on getting the CRV, there was an Escape now for sale, loved it, was told it was 4WD, signed papers took it home in Saturday, called to insure it on Monday. It was from the Insurance company we found out it was not a 4WD but a FWD. Can't exactly drive it in the snow, called Bianchi, sure come up and get the CRV, got there and it was sold!! Long story short, we are now stuck with this useless Escape, and since we've written bad reviews, and posted our experience on FB they have " washed their hands of us" all we wanted was our money back. What should have been an exciting time has turned into misery, and the owner only spoke to him when we were buying from them, since we've been trying to resolve this, he's never there and won't return phone calls! More

Being proud owners of many Honda vehicles purchased at Bianchi Honda we were confident that we would find just the right used car for her. We were right! She is now the proud driver of a 2009 Accord that was a one owner vehicle and was maintained by Bianchi Honda. Every Honda we've driven in the past has exceeded our expectations and we feel confident that she is in a safe vehicle and has a maintenance team that is extremely capable to help her keep her "new" Accord running in top form. This purchase is our 6th Honda vehicle and we are sure to be adding to that number over time. Thank you to Bianchi Honda for providing outstanding service and value for our family over the years. I can't express how much of a help Henry was in explaining every little detail to my mother and I. He also was very good in relating to my situation and accommodating. Also how could we forget about Mike. Mike made the whole financial side of buying a car as clear as day, very easy to understand. Just saying that Henry and Mike were a big help is a complete and utter understatement!! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying a car! More

Antonio Stapp responded to our many questions promptly and professionally. We test drove the car and were very happy with the car overall. However, we had some cosmetic concerns about this used automobile. Antonio assured us that they could take care of our concerns. They addressed our requests and we are very satisfied with the results! We are grateful that the staff at Bianchi Honda were willing to hear our concerns and meet our expectations. I am sure that not all dealerships would work with us the way that the staff at Bianchi did. Antonio was awesome! When it came time to complete the finance paperwork, we were introduced to Mike Mobilia. He had all of the paperwork ready to go and answered our questions clearly. It was a very efficient, simple process! Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Bianchi Honda. We drove two hours to make this purchase and would have no reservations about driving that distance to complete our next car purchase. The entire staff made our experience a pleasant one. More
