Second amazing car buying experience with Jimmy! I bought my first car through Jimmy at Mike Murphy Ford in 2016. In 2017, I received a raise that allowed me to purchase a roomier vehicle and my first and last stop was with Jimmy. Both experiences were stress-free. Zero pressure involved. He let me take the car home and try it out both times to make sure I was comfortable. He even helped me negotiate a better deal by increasing my trade-in value request! Seriously, what car dealer does that?? I was in and out and happier than a pig in mud within an hour after purchasing. He walked me through all the new high tech options in my vehicle, explaining how to use every one of them. At no point did he play games (another buyer is eyeing this car so you better hurry before you miss out, etc). If you want a great experience buying a car, ask for Jimmy Howard! More
