I called in, came in, and Mike got my car squeezed into the Saturday schedule to repair my leaking tire. Real good job, I was there 1-1/2 hours till done. It was tire warranty repair. I drove home. I was very disappointed. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an oils change and to have my suspension looked at. At drop off, I was greeted nicely by the service manager who said my advisor was work advance for an oils change and to have my suspension looked at. At drop off, I was greeted nicely by the service manager who said my advisor was working with someone else and he would call me with an update. Ok, no problem. 4 hours later I called because I hadn’t heard anything. No response from my advisor. At 5pm I called again to check on progress. The advisor had already left for the day. I had my husband bring me to the service center. I picked up my car that hadn’t even been looked at all day. No communication all day!! I’m very disappointed. If you didn’t have time for my car, why did you make the appointment for me that day? More

All the service advisors that I have delt with have been nothing but friendly, extremely knowledgeable. They have kept me informed at all times of the progress of my repair.
