I just moved to Clearwater area from Pa needed some recall service work completed...Walker's said no problem we can take care of them plus I got the oil changed . Ryan Halcomb the Service Drive Manager took my truck in and provided a loaner truck for me and would not return my truck until he was comfortable that my truck was fixed. He even went as far as having my t and provided a loaner truck for me and would not return my truck until he was comfortable that my truck was fixed. Michael Murray went out of his way to take care of me. I explained my situation for my ELDERLY/ Handicapped cousin's FORD. He made the repair happen even though I had NO appointment. HE ALSO SUGGESTED AN ADDITIVE TO KEEP MY OLD TRUCK GOING . I AGREEDED.I HAVE ALSO BEEN LEAKING OIL & Wanted to have drain plug tightened as that has been the cause of leak in the past.UNFORTUNATELY THE LEAKING WAS FOUND TO BE FROM MANY SOURCES.STEVE was honest in his assessment based on my plan on how long I planned on keeping the truck. I really appreciated that and was able to make a decision on the spot to just keep an eye on things for a year as I had just run into BRIAN HALL who sold me my Ford truck 3 yrs ago and I told him to expect me for another sale in a year.I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD EXPERIENCES HERE AT WALKER FORD WITH ALLMENTIONED AND MOST RECENTLY WITH STEVE MCHENRY. When I arrived at Walker Ford the Service Dept was very busy. Mike told me it would be about 2 to 3 hrs. I only had to wait and hour and a half.
