Ryan Halcomb the Service Drive Manager took my truck in and provided a loaner truck for me and would not return my truck until he was comfortable that my truck was fixed. He even went as far as having my t and provided a loaner truck for me and would not return my truck until he was comfortable that my truck was fixed. Michael Murray went out of his way to take care of me. I explained my situation for my ELDERLY/ Handicapped cousin's FORD. He made the repair happen even though I had NO appointment.
