My husband and I absolutely love Mike Murray. He has been taking car of our Ford's for 4 years. Great guy always willing to help. Patient and caring. COULD HAVE BEEN 5 STARS I have been a Walker Ford customer since 2012. High praises for Sales, Finance, and Service, especially service!! But recently spoke with Don in the C I have been a Walker Ford customer since 2012. High praises for Sales, Finance, and Service, especially service!! But recently spoke with Don in the Collision Center and was quite surprised how rude he was on the phone with me! I wanted to get my car fixed at Walker after my car was sideswiped and needed repairs. My first choice was Walker because of my positive experience in the past. I was inquiring about setting up an appointment for an estimate for the repairs and was continually cut off by him in a gruff manner, and I was told " That's not how things work here", making me feel very stupid. Her was very short with me and after hanging up I decided to take my business elsewhere where everything was explained in a friendly and professional manner. I have sent several friends to purchase cars at Walker, but after my last experience I hesitate to do that in the future. Unfortunate that one person has soured my opinion of an otherwise great company. More

3rd truck I will start with my truck being totaled out from accident on 8/17 (insurance totaled out on 8/21) and by 8/24 was in the same excact truck! With all I will start with my truck being totaled out from accident on 8/17 (insurance totaled out on 8/21) and by 8/24 was in the same excact truck! With all the paperwork involved i thought it would be weeks before i could get a new truck, but with Harry in fianancing handling the bulk of paperwork and ford fianancing the remainder, they did a exceptional job and Harry even got my apr lowered :) Keith over at sales was able to find the same exact truck, exactly what i wanted, there was a small problem with the side mirror which was handled by Mike at service which had me in and out in about one hour on a saturday which is one of there busiest days. Don at body shop helped with the insurance end with my damaged truck. A big thanks to all, walker ford has a great team and highly recommend them. More
