Mike Needham is an absolute professional and knowledgeable service advisor!! It is however a dire shame that SoJax discontinued the VIP Service Program for Subaru owners whose Subaru has over 1 knowledgeable service advisor!! It is however a dire shame that SoJax discontinued the VIP Service Program for Subaru owners whose Subaru has over 100,000 miles!! Truely dedicated Subaru owners who routinely go to SoJax to have their Subarus serviced solely at SoJax should be respected more and treated better for their lovalty in this regard and SoJax should immediately reinstate the VIP Service Program!! More
