It's definitely worth the added operational expense of creating the Subaru Express Service just to give extra time slots for more complex problems for more experienced technicians for all clients to use. As a client for almost 5 years, I know how things were before and after the Subaru Express service was created and the results shows it. More

Kimberly is easy to get in touch with both before and after the sale. In addition, Ryan Murano in finance was very helpful and explained everything in detail. We were in and out with no long wait or delays. We have always used the Subaru Service Department for our vehicles in the past and we will continue to use the Service Department for our new Subaru Forester Sport. Subaru hitch install I needed a tow hitch for my Forester. I had the choice of going aftermarket or having the manufacturer's hitch installed. Sure, the aftermarket hitche I needed a tow hitch for my Forester. I had the choice of going aftermarket or having the manufacturer's hitch installed. Sure, the aftermarket hitches are less expensive and I may have been able to install it myself, but was it the best option? The Subaru hitch was made specifically for the vehicle, would be stronger, would be installed by a Subaru technician and that peace of mind made it the right choice for me. They had the hitch in stock and I had my car back within a few hours. Very happy my choice. More
