Today, I brought my 2015 Forester in to repair: factory fob keys & underinflated tire monitor system. What a pleasant surprise when the Service Manager, Mike Needham came over to me & said they are fixing fob keys & underinflated tire monitor system. What a pleasant surprise when the Service Manager, Mike Needham came over to me & said they are fixing both at n/c even though I was just past the 36k warranty on the vehicle. Subaru of Jacksonville deserves all the awards & recognition they receive! Mike Needham and Danny Kane, their service advisor are exemplify what "customer service" is all about! More

I was even helped by an employee who walked by and "sensed" I needed something. She noticed me looking around for the face mask I had dropped. She instantly stopped what she was doing and went to get me a new mask! I don't recall her name. I get all of my Subaru service here. I've purchased five new Subarus here- you will not find a better dealership and or service department anywhere! More

The 2 Mikes and Gabriel are awesome as they'll ever be in running the Subaru Express Service. It's definitely worth the added operational expense of creating the Subaru Express Service just to give extra time slots for more complex problems for more experienced technicians for all clients to use. As a client for almost 5 years, I know how things were before and after the Subaru Express service was created and the results shows it. More

We Got Everything We Were Promised-10 Stars!!!!!! We are extremely pleased with our Subaru Forester Sport. Our salesperson was Kimberly Schneid and this was the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from her. Kimberly is great and works to get you the deal that fits your family's budget. Kimberly is easy to get in touch with both before and after the sale. In addition, Ryan Murano in finance was very helpful and explained everything in detail. We were in and out with no long wait or delays. We have always used the Subaru Service Department for our vehicles in the past and we will continue to use the Service Department for our new Subaru Forester Sport. The entire Staff at Subaru of Jacksonville is Friendly and you don't feel pressured in any way. I would not by a Subaru Anywhere Else!!!!! More
