We Got Everything We Were Promised-10 Stars!!!!!! We are extremely pleased with our Subaru Forester Sport. Our salesperson was Kimberly Schneid and this was the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from her We are extremely pleased with our Subaru Forester Sport. Our salesperson was Kimberly Schneid and this was the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from her. Kimberly is great and works to get you the deal that fits your family's budget. Kimberly is easy to get in touch with both before and after the sale. In addition, Ryan Murano in finance was very helpful and explained everything in detail. We were in and out with no long wait or delays. We have always used the Subaru Service Department for our vehicles in the past and we will continue to use the Service Department for our new Subaru Forester Sport. The entire Staff at Subaru of Jacksonville is Friendly and you don't feel pressured in any way. I would not by a Subaru Anywhere Else!!!!! More

Subaru hitch install I needed a tow hitch for my Forester. I had the choice of going aftermarket or having the manufacturer's hitch installed. Sure, the aftermarket hitche I needed a tow hitch for my Forester. I had the choice of going aftermarket or having the manufacturer's hitch installed. Sure, the aftermarket hitches are less expensive and I may have been able to install it myself, but was it the best option? The Subaru hitch was made specifically for the vehicle, would be stronger, would be installed by a Subaru technician and that peace of mind made it the right choice for me. They had the hitch in stock and I had my car back within a few hours. Very happy my choice. More

For instance, just recently Mike Needham, Service Manager there, was instrumental in having a problem with the blind spot monitor identified and fixed after a body shop AND an outfit specializing in diagnostics were unable to do so. Top notch service department So I had 2 new tires put on the rear of my car today. Before I even get out of my car Mike Needham is walking towards me and greeting me. As usual he explains everything to me and is very knowledgeable. As I'm waiting 3 to 4 other employees walk by me. But what is really nice they don't just walk by me they took the time to say good morning and can I help you with anything or said something to me. Its nice that employees no matter if they were service, mechanics, or just maybe the person moving cars around all very friendly staff. Jennifer Becker is always so nice as well, even though I always deal with Mike she always talks to me. Mike also recommended some things I will be needing about the time my next oil change is do so that was great to know so I would be expecting to spend a little more money and have him do everything. Always great service and very professional and friendly staff. More
