I cam into Subaru Jacksonville after a breakdown on 95 going N from WP. I called this Subaru dealer in Jacksonville, and Mike was so warm and caring. Today, I brought my 2015 Forester in to repair: factory fob keys & underinflated tire monitor system. What a pleasant surprise when the Service Manager, Mike Needham came over to me & said they are fixing fob keys & underinflated tire monitor system. The 2 Mikes and Gabriel are awesome as they'll ever be in running the Subaru Express Service. It's definitely worth the added operational expense of creating the Subaru Express Service just to give extra time slots for more complex problems for more experienced technicians for all clients to use. As a client for almost 5 years, I know how things were before and after the Subaru Express service was created and the results shows it. More
