Even after the manufacturer’s warranty expired, I have continued to take my 2016 Subaru Outback to this dealership for service because of their courteous and prompt handling of any problems I have experi continued to take my 2016 Subaru Outback to this dealership for service because of their courteous and prompt handling of any problems I have experienced with the vehicle. For instance, just recently Mike Needham, Service Manager there, was instrumental in having a problem with the blind spot monitor identified and fixed after a body shop AND an outfit specializing in diagnostics were unable to do so. More

Top notch service department So I had 2 new tires put on the rear of my car today. Before I even get out of my car Mike Needham is walking towards me and greeting me. As usual he So I had 2 new tires put on the rear of my car today. Before I even get out of my car Mike Needham is walking towards me and greeting me. As usual he explains everything to me and is very knowledgeable. As I'm waiting 3 to 4 other employees walk by me. But what is really nice they don't just walk by me they took the time to say good morning and can I help you with anything or said something to me. Its nice that employees no matter if they were service, mechanics, or just maybe the person moving cars around all very friendly staff. Jennifer Becker is always so nice as well, even though I always deal with Mike she always talks to me. Mike also recommended some things I will be needing about the time my next oil change is do so that was great to know so I would be expecting to spend a little more money and have him do everything. Always great service and very professional and friendly staff. More

Trust the Subaru experts My Forester was exhibiting one of those issues that occurred randomly and wouldn’t happen when trying to replicate it at the dealership. Fortunately t My Forester was exhibiting one of those issues that occurred randomly and wouldn’t happen when trying to replicate it at the dealership. Fortunately there was a service bulletin on the exact issue and they had the part in stock to fix it same day. Plus it was covered under warranty. Mike and Kevin were friendly and helpful and my Forester was back to me within a couple of hours. Love my Subaru. More
