They were 5 stars until the last two experiences. Customer service was poor with Tyson and good with Mike. It used to be excellent. They were both friendly but they missed the mark. Impeccable service as always. Mike walked me through the details of my service and had me in a rental within a few minutes. While in the waiting area, Taylor made me feel right at home and showed me to the details of my service and had me in a rental within a few minutes. While in the waiting area, Taylor made me feel right at home and showed me to the refreshments. Exchanging my rental for my freshly serviced vehicle was also a breeze. It was done EXACTLY when I was told it would be (like always, you guys never fail!), making it easy to plan my day. Ryan opened my door for me and lord, I would buy 100 subarus just to come and look at that man. Can’t wait to be back in 6 months! Much love! More
