Service manager was too busy telling me what he was not willing to do to correct the problem. Spent over an hour at Columbia body shop. Wayne and his team at the body shop were very accommodating and wet sanded and buffed the door paint. Most of the scratch was removed. I take pride in my truck and was extremely disappointed in the service technician not taking responsibility for his actions and the service manager for his response to solving the issue they created. More

We had been considering purchasing a car for a while and have had great luck with our Soul. We ended up purchasing a 2020 Kia Soul and couldn't be happier to be a two soul family! More
