It could have been a bad day but it turned out great! I had a 2014 Ford Focus with the clutch/transmission problem (3 replacements 2 under warranty 3rd paid for). I was pretty upset having to pay for a d I had a 2014 Ford Focus with the clutch/transmission problem (3 replacements 2 under warranty 3rd paid for). I was pretty upset having to pay for a defective design that Ford cannot permanently fix. With negotiation I was able to trade in the car with 0% financing, dealership paying off the remaining 7, 800.00 as down payment on new 2018 KIA Forte and they even returned the 1,146.00 I had paid to get the third Fore Focus clutch fixed. Best yet my monthly payment remained the same and affordable. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect go to John Senek. My husband and I have bought all our cars at Columbia Ford for 25 years and John is our go to salesman. John really helped me through this negotiation and treated me with respect and fairness. He went to bat with the company leadership to see that I was treated fairly. I am now driving a new 2018 KIA Forte. John Senek is ethical, honest knowledgeable and fair. Buy your car from him! Best repair experience ever! Took our Optima in for service (with a coupon no less!!). From the first foot in the door to the last foot out, it was the most enjoyable car repair experience I have ever had! Not to be dramatic but I kept shaking my head to make sure I was seeing what I was seeing! Beautiful fireplace with beautiful leather furniture around it. A koi pond. Snacks, water and coffee. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. The bathrooms were quality and spotless. I don't usually go on and on about my car repair or dealership but this place is unique and extraordinary. I forgot to mention how friendly, professional and helpful everyone I dealt with was. My visit took an hour for the works! We will most certainly be back. More
