Also I usually go to the Kia dealership in East Hartford and they wash/vacuume my vehicle before returning it to me (returning it cleaner than when it was brought in). Neither were done here. More

It could have been a bad day but it turned out great! I had a 2014 Ford Focus with the clutch/transmission problem (3 replacements 2 under warranty 3rd paid for). I was pretty upset having to pay for a d I had a 2014 Ford Focus with the clutch/transmission problem (3 replacements 2 under warranty 3rd paid for). I was pretty upset having to pay for a defective design that Ford cannot permanently fix. With negotiation I was able to trade in the car with 0% financing, dealership paying off the remaining 7, 800.00 as down payment on new 2018 KIA Forte and they even returned the 1,146.00 I had paid to get the third Fore Focus clutch fixed. Best yet my monthly payment remained the same and affordable. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect go to John Senek. My husband and I have bought all our cars at Columbia Ford for 25 years and John is our go to salesman. John really helped me through this negotiation and treated me with respect and fairness. He went to bat with the company leadership to see that I was treated fairly. I am now driving a new 2018 KIA Forte. John Senek is ethical, honest knowledgeable and fair. Buy your car from him!
